How your records are protected

Your records are stored with a trusted cloud hosting provider. They are encrypted in transit and at rest, and they are kept separate from other customers of the same provider.

Every record belongs to your account and is checked on every request. Staff have no standing access to your claim. A support request must state a reason, a scope and a time limit, and it grants nothing until you approve it. Almost every request only lets staff read. The one exception is help with your nexus letters, which lets staff draft and edit those letters and nothing else. Staff cannot mark a letter as reviewed for you. Every approved read and every change is logged, and you can see that log on your account page.

Uploaded files are stored privately and served only to you. Deleting a document or closing your account removes the stored files as well as the records.

This app is not a HIPAA-covered service, and it has not had an independent security certification. For what leaves the app and how long it is kept, see the Privacy page.
